I have earned a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am licensed with the state of Arizona as a Professional Counselor. I am experienced with relationship issues, self-esteem and anxiety. I specialize in helping people uncover the deeper issues that are causing them distress.  I foster movement towards true authenticity to alleviate distress and achieve personal goals.  I utilize mindfulness practices and CBT techniques to further promote transition. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.
